Every doyouknit pattern is test knitted before release. If you'd like to knit an upcoming design before anyone else and help shape the final pattern, leave your details below.

For reference, the sample cardigan took 34 hours to knit.

What's your knitting level?
Beginner
You've finished one or two projects.
Intermediate
You're a skilled knitter, but maybe haven't tackled difficult constructions or colourwork yet.
Advanced
You've done it all — plenty of projects under your belt.
Yarn cost

I'm not able to cover the cost of the yarn for test knits — are you happy to cover it yourself?

Yarn you'll need

Between 350 and 400 grams of Knitting for Olive Heavy Merino or an equivalent yarn. You'll receive the exact yardage and colourway details with the pattern if you're selected.
